  1. In a bowl, beat eggs, salt and sugar with a fork. Add cottage cheese, buckwheat and mix thoroughly. The mass should not turn out too much viscous and not too fluid.
  2. Cover the form with baking paper and grease half oils.
  3. Put the mass in a mold, put on top the pieces of the remaining butter. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. Serve with sour cream or natural yogurt. Have a nice appetite!
