Recipe preparation:
- Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat. Transfer it to a paper towel laid on a plate. Add olive oil to the pan. Then add the shallots and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add brussels sprouts to the pan and mix so that it is evenly coated with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the brussels sprouts for 2-3 minutes until it does not soften, and then pour in the broth. Bring the broth to boil, cover and reduce heat. Cook for 10 minutes, until readiness. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cabbage to the serving dish, lay the fried slices of bacon on top.
