Cook chicken broth, cut the white meat into slices or tear into longitudinal fibers (not small).

Cut cabbage into 4 equal pieces. Carrot – circles, onions – in small pieces.

Mash the vegetables in butter, gradually adding flour. Add slices stewed in this way to the broth.

After boiling, boil the soup for 10 minutes, add to taste spices, meat fibers.

Whip the cream with yolk, pour into the soup and hold on a weak fire, salt. Before serving, add greens to the tureen.
