Broccoli Salad with Mozzarella

Made with just a few ingredients, a five-minute salad from Sandra Lee – this is a kind of traditional salad Caprese. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. frozen broccoli inflorescences (unfreeze)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes halves
  • 1/4 Art. red onion half rings
  • 1/2 tbsp. perlini mozzarella (the size of a large pearl)
  • 1/2 tbsp. salad dressing with red wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except black pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture on 4 chilled salad plates. Serve dish, sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
