  1. Put broccoli in a bowl, pour in a little water, tighten tightly bowl with cling film and thaw in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.
  2. Combine cream, milk, eggs, beat and salt. Broccoli cut into pieces and put in the milk mixture. Add grated cheese, nutmeg and mix well.
  3. Grease the mold with butter, lay out the workpiece, sprinkle chopped herbs and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
