  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Ciabatta, white bread and baguette cut into cubes, spread on baking sheet and send to the oven for 10-15 minutes before formation golden crust.
  3. In a small bowl, mix red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped parsley leaves, chopped garlic, salt and crushed peas of black allspice.
  4. Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with the resulting dressing and sprinkle with thin plates of cheese.
