- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Ciabatta, white bread and baguette cut into cubes, spread on baking sheet and send to the oven for 10-15 minutes before formation golden crust.
- In a small bowl, mix red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped parsley leaves, chopped garlic, salt and crushed peas of black allspice.
- Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.
