A wonderful duet of products that combine with almost everything – pork can be cooked with any vegetables and get harmonious the dish, and the zucchini itself is quite neutral in taste, perfectly reveals the taste of any meat and seasonings. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. stewed pork (pieces of hip pulp, or scapula, rib meat, brisket, without connective fabric)
- 3 tbsp. l flour
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chop
- 4 tbsp. mushrooms, cut into slices
- 2 cans of 400 gr. canned tomatoes in their own juice, do not drain juice
- 2 medium zucchini, cut in half and cut into slices 1.5 cm thick.
- 2 tsp dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp dried oregano crushed
- 1/3 Art. Parmesan, grate

Recipe preparation:
- In a plastic or paper bag, mix the garlic flour salt and pepper. Add the pork; shake the meat to cover a mixture of flour.
- In a roasting pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Sauté the onions and bell peppers, stirring until the onions become soft but not golden. Add pork, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, basil and oregano; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer, periodically stirring for 10-15 minutes. or until pork is tender. Arrange the stew in soup bowls. Sprinkle with parmesan.
