  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. buttermilk or kefir
  • Chopped parsley for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour flour into a shallow plate and add onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, mix with a fork. Pat the meat with a paper towel to remove moisture, and then sprinkle flour with spices. Shake off the excess.
  2. In a large frying pan (you can cast iron) over medium heat, heat butter. When the oil is hot, put the loin in the pan in one layer and fry for 3 minutes. on each side to golden brown. Remove the pork from the pan and add a little flour with spices to the allocated juice. Mix flour and fat, then pour in chicken stock. Boil the liquid in for 5 minutes, so that it evaporates and slightly thickens. Add buttermilk and prepare a creamy gravy. Put the loin back in pan, covering pieces of meat with sauce. Stew the pork with a weak boil for 5 min. until ready. Salt, pepper and serve by sprinkling with chopped parsley.
