Cook the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add a tablespoon of sugar. Add flour, salt and vegetable oil. By consistency it should be moderately thick. It’s important not to get dough flour.

After cooking, cover it with a towel and let rise. This will happen in 30-40 minutes.

Take care of the preparation of the filling. Chop the cabbage and fry on pan with grated carrots and chopped onions, add tomato paste, some water and simmer until vegetables will become soft.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll the bigger one into layer and lay on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

Spread the cabbage evenly over the dough, cover with a second rolled seam. Pinch the edges, grease the cake with yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C half an hour.
