For our miracle soup you will need:

  • 500 grams of chicken meat (you can take chicken, which sold in stores)
  • 3 potatoes
  • One onion and one carrot
  • Peppercorns
  • Salt
  • Bay leaf
  • Oatmeal – Half a Cup
  • Greens to taste

You can take any flakes, those that you most like. The only condition is that they do not boil too quickly. So, all the ingredients are collected, now you can proceed to cooking our soup.

Soup cooking process

If you take chicken breast as meat, then your soup 100% can be called diet or light. And if the meat will be with the skin, then of course, there will be more calories in it. By the way this soup is great even in hot weather – it’s not greasy, light and very tasty.

Pour the chicken meat with two liters of water, put on fire and bring it all to a boil. Be sure to remove the foam, as in it accumulates all the substances we do not need.

After the meat in the water begins to boil, reduce the heat and add peppercorns, bay leaves and salt to it. Now all this It is necessary to cook about 40 minutes. If you took the meat to the bones, then after 20 minutes, remove it, separate the bone and put it back in the soup, but only one pulp.

Together with meat, potatoes, peeled and chopped for soup. Cook with potatoes for 10 minutes. After that, send flakes there, cook for another 7-8 minutes. By time in a hot frying pan you need to fry chopped onions and grated carrots.
