- Blender at maximum speed beat eggs with sugar in lush foam. Without stopping whipping, add soft butter and pour milk.
- With a whisk, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt). Pour everything into the blender bowl and continue whisking.
- In silicone or non-stick mold pour out the dough. If you don’t have such a form, grease the regular form butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Berries must be sorted, washed and dried. Put currants in form for the dough.
- Bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
