Delicious oatmeal with blackcurrant – you are, probably not yet cooked, but in vain! Incredibly tasty and satisfying baking can be prepared at home according to my recipe. Can put any berries to the filling, I just wanted currants, but you can make with strawberries or cherries. Very delicate biscuit, and the aroma cinnamon will definitely induce everyone to eat this dish in a matter of minutes!

- Prepare the products.
- Mix the dry ingredients. Flour, oatmeal, baking powder, black currant. Mix everything well.
- Pre-melt butter, I melt in microwave oven. Mix the liquid ingredients. Mix the egg with sugar add milk and melted butter.
- Add the batter to the dry, mix well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate the form with oil. We spread the dough into a mold.
