  1. Pour flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt into a bowl, 1 tablespoon a spoonful of sugar. Mix.
  2. Cut butter into slices and put in flour. Grind with a fork.
  3. Pour 75 ml of hot water. Knead soft dough. Cover with a towel. Let the dough stand for half an hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out three thin layers.
  5. Put raspberries in the middle of each layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Wrap the edges of the dough up, partially covering raspberries.
  7. Put biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment and oiled.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
