  1. Sift flour into a large bowl, add salt.
  2. Grind cold butter with a knife, put in flour. Grind with a fork.

  4. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  5. Crumble cheese.
  6. Crush the garlic with a press. Add to feta cheese. Mix.
  7. Roll the chilled dough into a round layer. To the middle put the feta cheese with garlic. Spread tomato mugs on top and sprigs of rosemary. Screw the free edges of the dough up and pinch so as not to open.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet grease with parchment oil. Put a biscuit on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
