  1. Pour flour into a wide bowl.
  2. Grind cold butter and put in flour. Knead with a fork.
  3. Pour 4 tablespoons of very cold water. Knead Thoroughly dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Peel, wash and chop onions. Fry. Add 2 pinches of granulated sugar. Mix well.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Dice the ham. Add in the pan to the onion. Fry for 7-8 minutes over medium heat.
