Very delicate, awesomely delicious pie with berries and proteins. I recommend preparing it at home for a family tea party, relatives will excited! This cake can also be made with other berries. (fresh and frozen).

  1. Add flour and sugar to the bowl.

  2. Melt butter, mix with flour. Add Mayo. To separate yolks from proteins. Add the yolks to the flour. Knead the dough.

  3. Put the dough in a mold and put it in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Wash and dry raspberries. If frozen, then unfreeze and drain the liquid.
  5. We take out the dough from the oven and cover it with berry filling. If raspberries with juice, then sprinkle the filling with starch. We put in oven for 10 minutes.

  6. Beat very cold proteins with salt with a mixer for a couple of minutes (whisk), then, gradually adding sugar, beat until steady peaks.

  7. Remove the cake from the oven and lay out the whipped squirrels. Temperature in the oven lower to 160 degrees and bake (dry) the cake about 30 minutes.

  8. Proteins should turn out caramel. Give a pie cool in shape, otherwise you can spoil its appearance. Have a nice appetite!
