  1. Soak beans for 8 hours, rinse, pour water again and cook until tender for about 60 minutes.
  2. My beets, dry and cut into cubes.
  3. Spray beetroot cubes with vegetable oil, send bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. We lay the finished beans in a colander and cool. To the beans add the baked beets.
  5. We wash the prunes, pour boiling water for 15 minutes, then dry and cut into small pieces.
  6. Chop the garlic or let it pass through the press.
  7. In a deep container we combine beans, garlic, beets and prunes. Salt and pepper to taste. Season with olive oil.
  8. Put the finished salad on a plate and sprinkle before serving sesame seeds.
