  1. We well wash the beets and boil it in a peel.
  2. We clean the boiled beets and pass it through a meat grinder. Fine rubbing is allowed.
  3. Now take the stewpan and spread the beets in it, add to beets butter and milk, simmer for five minutes.
  4. Pour semolina into a thin stream and mix to to avoid lumps. Continue stirring and cook until readiness.
  5. Add eggs, mashed cottage cheese and salt to the cooled mass and mix.
  6. We form from the resulting mass of the patty.
  7. Steam the patties or bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve best with sour cream.
