Beetroot Soup with Meatballs

To make meatball soup for you will need:

  • Champignon mushrooms 250 gr

  • Olive oil 3-4 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste 1 table spoon
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Lemon juice 2.5 tablespoons
  • Stuffing mix (pork + beef, you can use poultry) 350 gr
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Spices: lavrushka, peppercorns and allspice for 3-4 pcs., salt

Beetroot soup with meatballs can be prepared as follows:

Rinse beets, boil until cooked and clean.
