  1. For the marinade in a bowl, mix the Isok olive oil half a lemon. Add chopped garlic, dried herbs (such as olive), salt, and pepper mix well.
  2. Grease the beef fillet with marinade, close the foil and remove in the form. Bake in oven at temperature 180 degrees 40 minutes.
  3. Roll out the yeast dough (or fresh) with a rolling pin a rectangle approximately three mm thick.
  4. Put chilled meat on the dough.
  5. Wrap it completely with bacon.
  6. Lay thyme branches on top.
  7. On it circles of tomatoes.
  8. Salt a little and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  9. Close prepared meat into the dough, pinch the edges tightly and shift to a mold covered with baking paper.
  10. Bake twenty minutes in hot up to 180 degrees oven.
  11. Serve the finished beef by cutting with a sharp knife into portions pieces with lots of fresh vegetables and herbs to your favorites sauces.
