Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 900 g diced beef tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp. canned black beans, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp. canned red Kidney beans, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tbsp. flour
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, peeled and chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 2 tbsp. l chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. l cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 bottle of beer, 0.33
  • 2 tbsp. beef broth
  • 4 tbsp. chopped tomatoes
  • Side dish: chopped cheddar, red onion, green onion, sour cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a large, thick-bottomed pan for medium high fire. In a bowl, mix the flour with salt and pepper. Roll tenderloin cubes in flour mixture, shake off excess. Saute the meat with two sides to a brown tint and lay on a plate. If necessary, add more oil to the pan, add bow. Sauté the onion at medium temperature until it starts soften. Stir in green, red and jalapeno peppers and fry them for 3 to 5 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and oregano. Return the meat to the pan and fill the beef with beer.
