- 700 gr. thinly sliced beef pulp
- 225 gr. sliced fresh champignons
- 1 can (300 gr.) Beef broth
- 1 can (300 gr.) Creamy mushroom soup with cream
- Homemade Spice Mix, see recipe below.
- Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 1 half-sliced medium onion head the size
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- Ready Egg Noodles
A mixture of homemade spices:
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 Art. black pepper
- 1/4 Art. garlic powder

Recipe preparation:
- Sprinkle strips of meat with a mixture of spices so that they are lightly them covered, then sprinkle with flour. In a large frying pan on the mixture olive and butter quickly fry the meat on both sides. Remove the meat from the pan. Add onions and mushrooms to the same pan. Fry for a few minutes until the onions are soft. Sprinkle tea a spoonful of flour. Put the beef back in the pan for onions and mushrooms. Add mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook on low heat in for about 30 minutes, covered with a lid. Add spices to taste and, if necessary, salt and pepper. Minutes to the end cooking, add sour cream. Serve with prepared egg noodles.
