- 1 medium-sized diced onion head
- 1 can or bottle of beer
- 4 tbsp. beef broth (or else if necessary)
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- 2 – 3 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1.5 tsp Sahara
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l wheat flour (optional)
- Shredded fresh parsley (for decoration)

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the beef.
