Beef skewers with pineapple and sauce parsley

Ingredients for the recipe:

For beef skewers:

  • 700 gr. diced 2 cm. beef fillet (about 40 cubes)
  • 1 (900 gr.) Diced 2 cm. Pineapple (about 40 cubes)
  • 20 (20 cm long) wooden or bamboo skewers (soak in water for 30 min.)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

For parsley sauce:

  • 3 tbsp. fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped chili pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. For parsley sauce: whisk in a food processor bowl until smooth parsley, garlic, vinegar, chili flakes, sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Without turning off the device, gradually enter olive oil. Transfer half the mixture to a medium bowl. size. Put the remaining mixture in a small serving a plate. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until filing.
  2. For beef skewers: put beef in a bowl medium sized with parsley sauce. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. On a moderate to high heat, heat the grill pan, or preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Prepare kebabs, stringing on a skewer, alternately, first a piece of pineapple, then cube of meat. Grill kebab for 2-3 minutes. from each side (for medium frying) or to the desired degree of readiness. Salt and pepper. When serving, put the skewers on a serving platter. Pour left parsley sauce or serve separately in the quality of the sauce.
