Beef rolls with cheese and spinach

  1. We cut a thin piece of beef into two halves, reveal how book, sprinkle with seasoning Italian herbs and salt.

  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into pieces, send to a blender bowl and grind.

  3. Distribute the prepared beef evenly chopped cheese and spread on top fresh spinach leaves (½ part).

  4. Turn the beef stuffed into roll. We set the oven to 180 degrees.

  5. We cut the culinary twine into 6 strands and tie prepared roll, forming 6 identical sections.

  6. Starting from the second section from the edge, cut with a sharp knife in the middle we get 6 small rolls.

  7. We send the remains of spinach to a heat-resistant form and place top side beef rolls.

  8. Put in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Ready-made beef take the rolls with mozzarella cheese and spinach and serve immediately table.
