Beef fried with kiwi and apricots

  1. Cut the beef fillet into small slices with a thickness of about one cm, slightly beat off.
  2. Peel the kiwi, cut into circles with a sharp knife (leave the part to serve the finished dish).
  3. Grind hard cheese with a chopped grater.
  4. In ceramic baking dish, lightly greased butter, put the prepared meat, a little salt.
  5. Put a circle of kiwi on each piece of meat.
  6. Top – half apricot.
  7. Cover with a layer of grated cheese and remove the oven.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the finished beef garnished with curly kiwi, cranberries, herbs.
