A recipe for a very satisfying and tasty cannelloni with veal filling and ham with classic Bechamel sauce. When cooking at home prefabricated cannelloni are used.

- Finely chop the veal and fry in a pan.
- Finely chop the ham.
- Parmesan grate.
- In a bowl, mix the veal and ham. Add half Parmesan Drive in an egg. Salt and pepper. Good mix.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour flour constantly stirring. Introduce hot milk. Boil the sauce over low heat until thickening without stopping stirring. Salt, pepper. Remove from fire.
- Boil cannelloni until half cooked. Fill with the filling, put greased heat-resistant mold. Pour over sauce and sprinkle the second half of grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
- When serving, sprinkle with basil leaves.
