A recipe for a very satisfying and tasty cannelloni with veal filling and ham with classic Bechamel sauce. When cooking at home prefabricated cannelloni are used.

  1. Finely chop the veal and fry in a pan.
  2. Finely chop the ham.
  3. Parmesan grate.
  4. In a bowl, mix the veal and ham. Add half Parmesan Drive in an egg. Salt and pepper. Good mix.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour flour constantly stirring. Introduce hot milk. Boil the sauce over low heat until thickening without stopping stirring. Salt, pepper. Remove from fire.
  6. Boil cannelloni until half cooked. Fill with the filling, put greased heat-resistant mold. Pour over sauce and sprinkle the second half of grated cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with basil leaves.
