- Add yeast to the sifted flour and knead the smooth elastic dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm and a dark place for 1 hour.
- While the dough is coming, prepare the filling. Chop beef large cubes.
- Olives, onions and peeled chilli finely chop.
- Cut tomatoes into rings.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, but I recommend taking something savory. For example, a combination Cacotta with paprika and edam.
- When the dough is suitable, roll it into a layer with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm.
- Lubricate the dough with ketchup. You can replace it with tomato paste or any other sauce.
- Then lay out most of the cheese and beef.
- The next layer is onions, chili peppers and olives.
- The last layer is the tomatoes and the remaining cheese. Bake pizza in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
