- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium stalk of celery, chopped (about 2/3 st.)
- 1 can 425 gr. canned white beans, drain the liquid, rinse beans
- 1 can 425 gr. canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
- 220-250 gr. chilled tortellini
- 1/4 Art. ready pesto sauce
- Grated Parmesan for Serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the sausage and fry while breaking the minced meat. wooden spoon, until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add onion and celery and continue to fry, stirring until vegetables become soft, about 5 minutes.
