Salad
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, tear leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. grated cheddar
- 60 gr tortilla corn chips (about 32 chips)
Bean Sauce
- 350 gr lean ground beef
- 450 gr black bean, no liquid
- 2 cloves of garlic, knead
- 1 tbsp. l chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, plus more to taste
- 1/3 Art. water
Tomato dressing
- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- To cook meat, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until it becomes pink, sometimes stirring and kneading the lumps with a spoon.
