Tasty meat balls will cook at home from minced meat (pork + beef) with a surprise of beans. Not even bean lovers will appreciate this dish. If time limited dry beans can be replaced with canned. Ready dish can be poured sauce in which stewed balls.

  1. Soak dry beans in a bowl in cold sodium water hours.
  2. Soaked beans to boil readiness for time, indicated on the package.
  3. Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil.
  4. Grind the boiled chilled beans in a blender.
  5. In a bowl, combine beans and fried onions, salt, pepper, mix well.
  6. Add the egg to the pork-ground beef, salt, pepper, well knead.
  7. Form a small cake on a plate of minced meat, put on it stuffing from a bean ball, close with minced meat.
  8. Prepared balls to shift the mold for baking, one or two layers, completely pour pureed tomatoes in a blender.
