Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. basmati white rice
- 1/4 Art. chopped apricots
- 2 tbsp. l fresh currants
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan. Add rice and onions. Stir until rice is covered with butter and does not become transparent at the edges, about 2 minutes. Add water and salt. Stir, cover the pan, reduce heat to weak and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand under cover 5 min. Stir rice. Then gently mix it with the remaining ingredients.
