- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 3 tbsp. water. If you use a regular onion, cut it into rings and add to marinade.
- Put the fillet in the marinade and leave for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
- Skewers pour cold water and leave for 20min.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half (ordinary tomatoes cut into small cubes). Tomatoes can be replaced with sweet Bulgarian pepper or make a mix of tomatoes and peppers.
- On skewers string chicken, onions and tomatoes.
- Lubricate the pan with a little oil, put the skewers and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
