Banana sorbet with acai puree

  • 2 ripe medium bananas, peeled
  • 2 bags of 100 g. frozen acai puree without Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. l maple syrup

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut each banana into 6 pieces and freeze to make them solid, preferably at night.
  2. Without removing the acai puree from the bag, crush it into smaller ones parts. Grind frozen slices in a food processor until getting slush mass. Add the frozen banana slices, coconut oil and maple syrup and start whipping (kitchen the harvester can shake at the very beginning). As bananas will be mix with acai, the mixture will look friable, then sticky and eventually become uniform and slightly snowy, like sorbet.
