  1. Pour chia seeds with water (100 ml) and leave for ten minutes.
  2. Grind oat flakes to flour, and the rest 50 g are left intact.
  3. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the flakes.
  4. Separately mix banana, milk and peanut butter, punch a blender.
  5. Mix the dry mixture with milk, add chia seeds. Everything mix again.
  6. The resulting dough is laid out in a silicone mold. Banana cut into pieces and spread on top. Bake in preheated 180 degrees oven for about an hour.
