  1. Cut onions into rings, tomatoes with zucchini – slices, garlic – finely. Send the onion to the oil, fry until it is browned, add garlic, mix and put in a mold. Oven set to 190 degrees.

  2. Put the circles of tomatoes and zucchini on the “pillow” of onion, alternating with each other and overlapping. Add fresh herbs pour oil, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and finely grated cheese.

  3. Put the form with vegetables in the oven for 40 minutes, until they become soft and not covered with a golden crust. Fragrant delicious gently transfer the garnish to a serving dish and serve on table for meat or fish.
