  1. On a piece of veal we make 4 cuts, but we do not cut it to the end. Sprinkle veal with salt, marjoram and paprika. We put the oven on 200 degrees.

  2. Carrots and smoked bacon (can be replaced with smoked brisket) cut into slices, insert into prepared cuts and add still chopped garlic.

  3. We collect the veal with the filling in a piece, tie it with twine or strong threads, sprinkle with marjoram and paprika on top.

  4. To make the meat juicy, fry the prepared piece in oil on all sides until lightly browned. Fried veal put in a form, pour in a little water and put in the oven for 80 minutes. Periodically remove and pour liquid from the bottom.

  5. We take out the stuffed aromatic veal, let stand 5 minutes, free from twine, shift to a plate, decorate parsley and immediately serve on the festive table.
