Ingredients for the recipe:
- Turkey 4.5 – 5.5 kg.
- Onions, cut into slices
- Carrots, cut into strips
- Cut apples into slices
- Greens (rosemary, parsley), chop
- Ghee
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 160 C. Dry the defrosted and gutted turkey with paper towels, then grate outside and inside with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with chopped vegetables and herbs, then put breast up in a baking dish and pour ghee. Cover with foil and put in the very bottom of the oven, bake for 2 hours (if the turkey is larger, add an additional 15 minutes per every half a kilogram of turkey mass).
