  • 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1 small clove of garlic, chop
  • Grated zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l honey
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Stir in a bowl 1 tablespoon olive oil, honey and 2 tablespoons of water. Put in the form for baking potatoes, parsnip roots, fennel bulb, onions, dried apricots and sprigs of rosemary. Add in half teaspoon of salt and pepper, pour a mixture of honey and mix. Place in the oven and bake until tender, approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, stir in a bowl 1 tablespoon of olive oils, garlic, lemon zest and minced rosemary. Grate the resulting mixture of turkey breast. Season with salt and pepper, give lie down at room temperature.
  3. Put the turkey on top on the vegetables and bake until golden color, approximately 1 h. 15 min., until a thermometer inserted into the the thick part of the breast, does not show 75 C. Cover with foil if meat burns. Remove the mold from the oven and shift the breast turkey on a cutting board and leave for 20 minutes.
