  1. Slices of garlic (4 pcs.) Cut into thin slices. Peeled and washed gutted trout and dried with paper towels. WITH on one side of the fish we make shallow cuts and stuffed with slices garlic.

  2. Pour the prepared trout with oil, sprinkle with ground salt pepper and insert into the abdomen in half a bunch of parsley (leave 3 twigs) and 1 sprig of rosemary.

  3. Zucchini cut into circles. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  4. In the form we send the prepared fish, add the circles zucchini, whole small tomatoes, a cut head in half garlic, sprinkle vegetables with salt, pepper, pour oil and evenly distribute chopped parsley (3 branches). We put fish with vegetables in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. We take out the finished aromatic trout with zucchini and tomatoes and serve hot on the table in the form.
