- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Pour olive into the form oil (4 tbsp. l.), warm in the oven almost to the haze.
- Cut the onion into thin rings. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
- Gently spread the onion, tomatoes, thinly sliced into the oil garlic. Mix everything, add sprigs of thyme, sugar, salt and pepper. We put it in the oven for twenty-twenty-five minutes. A couple times you need to mix, and at the end add basil.
