  1. Defrost the salmon fillet and cut in half lengthwise.

  2. Cut the onion into thin rings. Pour it with hot water in 1 cup, add vinegar, a teaspoon of salt and sugar. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Put the fish on a baking sheet, salt and pepper. Add layer marinated onions on filet, sprinkle with a thick layer of grated cheese and greens.

  4. Bake at 200 degrees for half an hour.
