Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 kg. salmon fillets
- 1/2 tbsp. walnuts
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp. l diced fried sweet pepper
- 1 tbsp. l peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 2 tbsp. l chopped green onion rings
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Recipe preparation:
- To prepare the sauce: Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake walnuts on a baking sheet, 7 – 10 minutes. Chill then chop finely and place in a bowl. Add cayenne pepper, lemon juice, honey, sweet pepper, peanut butter, 1 tbsp. l olive oil and 2 tbsp. l parsley. Add half teaspoon tablespoons of salt, pepper and shake. Cover and put in fridge.
- To cook salmon: Increase temperature in oven to 220 C. Combine the remaining olive in another bowl oil, 2 tbsp. l parsley, green onion, lemon zest, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper. Grate salmon with this mixture. Put in the form for bake skin down and bake until cooked, about 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place on stand, leave on 5 minutes, then transfer to a dish and cover with previously cooked peanut sauce.
