  1. Squeeze large lime juice into the blender bowl, add finely grated lime zest, ginger, honey, oil (1 tbsp), salt (1 tsp), ground pepper and beat. We wash and fill the pieces of salmon green dressing. We leave salmon for 10-15 minutes. We put the oven on 220 degrees.

  2. Cover the baking paper on a baking sheet and grease it with oil. Spread the pickled pieces of salmon, pour over the top with green aromatic sauce and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

  3. We take out the fragrant juicy salmon and immediately serve with a garnish on festive table.
