  1. Wash and chop the fennel root.
  2. Wash the lemon, cut into circles.
  3. Put three circles of lemon on the foil.
  4. Put a piece of fish on top about two cm thick.
  5. Salt slightly fish, pepper, top with a coat of chopped fennel.
  6. Close the pieces of fish with foil, put in a baking dish and send to the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
