- Boil rice until half cooked, for better of taste, you can add a bouillon cube, but not necessarily.
- Pour the cooked rice into a baking dish and make 4 recesses in which to beat eggs.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream with grated cheese and pour the resulting mixture of rice.
