The quail will turn out juicy and tasty, if they are previously fry in a pan with thyme sprigs and cook at home in the oven. Garnish can be mashed potatoes.

  1. Carefully wash the quail carcasses and saturate with paper napkins or towels. Rub carcasses with salt and dress legs twine.

  2. We send prepared quails to the pan (should suitable for the oven), pour in vegetable oil, add butter, thyme sprigs and fry over medium heat with 2 parties until the quail is browned.

  3. We cover the pan with fried quail foil and put in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  4. We take out fragrant juicy quail and immediately serve with potato mashed potatoes, boiled vegetables and favorite sauce.
