2 hours before cooking, wash the dried mushrooms, send to a bowl and fill with hot water. Then fry swollen mushrooms with chopped onions and cool.

We carefully wash the quail, soak it with paper towels or napkins, rub with salt and ground pepper. We stuff carcasses fried mushrooms and tie the legs with twine. Wrap prepared quails with slices of bacon (3 pieces each). In the pan (should be suitable for the oven) or add green twigs to the form, spread on top of quail and pour oil (2 tablespoons).
