We continue the theme of the main dishes of vegetables, this time we will cook at home a delicious baked potato dish with cheese and tomatoes. Prepared simply from a minimum of products, it turns out delicious and original.

  1. Peel, wash, boil potatoes in salted water until semi-preparedness (twenty minutes after boiling).
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small circles with a sharp knife (large cut the tomatoes into half circles).
  3. Slice mozzarella or any hard cheese.
  4. Chilled boiled potatoes cut lengthwise into two parts, shift the oiled ceramic mold for baking.
  5. Put cheese plates on potatoes, circles on top tomatoes. Put the mold in the oven for twenty minutes at a temperature 180 degrees.
  6. Serve the finished dish, decorating with green lettuce.
