Fine dish made from smoked potato sausages, champignons, bell peppers and onions, baked until golden brown, seasoned and spiced spicy taste and aroma of garlic. Its good to do for lunch or dinner for households and, of course, will not be left unattended in as a treat for the festive table. Tip. As a seasoning You can take any to your taste. A potato is better to take one which does not boil.

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into 4-6 parts, (in depending on size), put in a pan with salted water and boil for about 5 minutes after boiling. We drain the water.
- We clean and wash onions and garlic, lightly wash the mushrooms, pepper Bulgarian wash and clean from partitions and seeds, rinse greenery.
- We chop the onions in half rings, finely chop the garlic. The remaining ingredients are cut approximately the same size chopped potatoes: smoked sausage – large circles, mushrooms – into 4 parts, pepper – at random. Finely chop the greens, a little leave for decoration.
- We heat the oven to 250 degrees, grease a small baking sheet amount of oil.
- We transfer bell pepper, mushrooms to the mixing container and onion, pour in the oil, put the garlic, add black pepper and hops-suneli, salt to taste, mix.
